Fukushima 10R Kitakata Tokubetsu — The B-4 Pattern “Answer”
| Finish | No. | Horse | Pop. | WHGR | Pattern | Call |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 8 | Immersion | 1st | +200◎ | — | ✅ WHGR ◎ |
| 2nd | 14 | Centaur Beast | 12th | +90◎ | — | B+ |

The pre-race article asked: “Pattern momentum or WHGR rationality?”
Morino Sepia (Kobayashi Miku × Suzuki Nobuhiro) — B-4 Pattern → Buy (240%★), WHGR → Sell (-100).
Result: 3rd (Place payout ¥360). Pattern momentum won. Following the ¥2,980 win-bet hit on 4/11, Kobayashi Miku × Suzuki Nobuhiro placed for two consecutive days — a rare case of overcoming WHGR headwind.
Fukushima 11R Fukushima Minpo Hai — Training A-rated Savona Wins
| Finish | No. | Horse | Pop. | WHGR | Training | Call |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 11 | Savona | 5th | +90◎ | A (51.4→51.6 fastest) | ✅ Top pick |
| 2nd | 8 | Gaia Mente | 6th | +290★★ | B+ (63.3→55.7) | ✅ WHGR ★★ |
| 3rd | 14 | Sillthorn | 3rd | +125◎ | B+ (68.1→66.3) | — |
| 15th | 1 | Win Shukran | 10th | +340★★ | — | ❌ WHGR leader, distant 15th |
✅ Training A-rated Savona won. The 51.4→51.6 fastest-of-all maintenance pattern — the article’s top pick — delivered. At Fukushima, where pre-race morning workouts are unreliable, “week-over-week fitness comparison” proved trustworthy.
✅ WHGR +290★★ Gaia Mente finished 2nd. Despite a sharp ramp-up training pattern, WHGR confirmation backed the result.
❌ WHGR leader Win Shukran (+340) finished a distant 15th. A finishing time of 2:40.2 suggests a probable injury. WHGR cannot predict in-race accidents.
3-Race Summary
Fukushima 9R: All top 3 were WHGR ★★ → Perfect hit
Fukushima 10R: WHGR ◎ Immersion won. B-4 pattern Morino Sepia 3rd → Mostly hit
Fukushima 11R: Training A Savona won. WHGR ★★ Gaia Mente 2nd → Hit
Lessons Learned
At Fukushima, pre-race morning workouts don’t work — only 3 horses across all 3 races had trackwork data, all at exercise level. Instead, “week-over-week fitness” and “WHGR” are the effective decision axes.
B-4 patterns can work even with negative WHGR (Morino Sepia WHGR -100 → 3rd). However, Kayano stable’s 745% misfired (Take It Easy, 7th). Pattern reliability depends on stable-jockey combinations.
Even the WHGR leader can’t prevent injuries (Win Shukran +340 → distant 15th).
