4/18 WHGR VERIFICATION REPORT
Pre-Analysis Picks × Actual Results ── 12 Races, 3 Venues, Complete Review
Fukushima (7R) · Nakayama (2R) · Hanshin (3R) · Pass (2R) · Jumps Reference (1R)
vs. Last Week (4/12): Win rate dropped from 62.5% to 8.3%. Last week achieved 2,120% ROI under the win+exacta system. This week introduced a new “win+place” 2-ticket structure for the first time. While win rate fell sharply, a 50% place rate validates the new approach for further testing.

ANALYTICAL ERRORS ── 4 Grading Mistakes
[Error 1] Over-sharpening horse elevated to AA — Shimofusa S, Nishino Raikou
Workout data showed 16.5→13.0 sec (gap: −3.5 sec), qualifying as over-sharpening. The article praised the “absolute clockwork” of the week’s time without checking the prior-week differential. Per rulebook, any gap beyond −3.0 sec is capped at B+. Winner Wide Blizzard was a clean Steady★★★. A direct rule violation caused this miss.
[Error 2] Easy-gallop horse selected as top pick — Fukushima 8R, Young Americans
Workout differential: +2.6 sec (easy-gallop pattern). Rulebook states easy-gallop horses are capped at B+. Both the winner and runner-up were Steady★★★. WHGR pulled the selection toward a horse whose conditioning was not there.
[Error 3] Dismissed a horse despite S-rank stable signal — Antares S, Murseau
The original top pick was Murseau (Ikee Haruki S-rank stable, race favorite), but was downgraded to B+ due to WHGR −210. Pick was changed to Tagano Babylon (WHGR +240★★). Murseau won; Tagano Babylon finished 4th. WHGR negative values alone cannot override S-rank stable + Steady★★★ workout signals.
[Error 4] Three-way AA tie — all missed — Fukushima 12R
Three horses were rated AA simultaneously, a structural anomaly. All three finished out of the frame. Today’s data confirms: the more AA ties, the lower the reliability. All 4 races with tied AA picks failed to produce a winning ticket.
REVISED RULES — Effective from Next Week
Rule ① Workout Pattern Grading (Stricter)
| Pattern | Old Rule | New Rule (Final) |
|---|---|---|
| Steady★★★ (within ±1.0 sec) | AA eligible | AA eligible — TOP PRIORITY |
| Over-sharpening (beyond −3.0 sec) | A possible (case-by-case) | B+ ceiling — strict |
| Easy-gallop (+2.0 sec or more) | A possible (case-by-case) | A promotion banned |
| Wood final furlong best (≤11.3 sec) | Reference only | Must be rated B+ or above |
Rule ② WHGR Negative + S-Rank Stable
Old: WHGR ▼ (below −200) → B+ ceiling as a rule
New: If WHGR ▼ but accompanied by “S-rank stable peak workout signal + Steady★★★”, upgrade to A is permitted. AA is still not permitted.
Rule ③ AA Tied Picks — Tighter Limit
Principle: AA is limited to 1 horse. Ties are prohibited by default.
Exception: If and only if WHGR values are identical AND workout patterns are a perfect match, 2-horse AA tie is allowed (win+place ×2 tickets). 3-way tie is always prohibited.
Rule ④ Betting Structure (Confirmed)
Standard: Win ×1 + Place ×1 = 2 tickets
AA Tied (2 horses): Win ×2 + Place ×2 = 4 tickets
